I cant play online I dont know what to do.

same here when i log in on my user and try to play it says login failed but then my friend came over and on the exact same computer he logged in on his user and was able to play. this has happened multiple times

so what do i do

@JFlynn11: Try clearing your cookies and cache from Internet Options, then log back into AXL. Sometimes your computer may remember an old password (or your friends) and then it gets confused when you log in under your own.

Otherwise, try resetting your password.

If none of these work, you may have to send me an email from the contact page with your specific issue.

Hey panini girl. i just had something wierd happen to my account. i tried logging on and i couldnt get in and i tried more than once. so i was mad i couldnt get on and then later i checked my email and it said my password was changed, so i reset my password and everything was fine but i never changed it in the first place. so why did this happen?

@panini girl i had something wierd happen to me. on friday night i had peyton ult and i went on yesterday morning and my peyton manning was off my acoount and i checked my line up and i had rodgers as my starting qb and it was romo as my starter P.s i never put peyton up 4 trade

@CelticsRR: You will need to send the card names via email, to product support, who will send you replacements.

@JFlynn11: Not sure. Sometimes if there is an issue or glitch in the system, it resets your password just to make sure your account isn't compromised. Keeps out hackers. You may have tried to sign in more than a certain number of times which may have reset it.

I investigated into your account and found that you entered into a trade for a Ben Roethlisberger EX on Jan 6th, where you traded away Matthew Stafford ES and Matt Forte EX.

Then, also on Jan 6th, you traded away that Ben Roethlisberger EX with another user for a Matt Hasselbeck ES.

There's no issue here so I can't revert the trade - would be unfair to the other user.

@paninigirl i just tried to make a trade on nba but it says that i have no cards and that nobody else has any cards when u try and ask for players. i cleared the filter and checked the my cards section

@JFlynn11: There's no problem with your account, I just went into your account and everything is there. Try clearing your cache/cookies from Internet Options, then refresh.
