I have 2 Kovalchuck cards that wont redeem. I think there is an issue with that specific player

@PaniniGirl: Everytime I try to view that thread, I can only see the last page. I cannot click to the first page. When I choose the buttons at the bottom to view the first page, it just refreshes the last page.

Clear your cache/cookies then log out and back in. Your browser sometimes gets stuck and needs to be refreshed.

I agree there may be an issue with that specific player and you need to send the code in through the NHL contact page under 'code not working' and product support will get back to you directly.

I got another Kovalchuk yesterday and tried to redeem it just now, same issue, Code Denied. So it's definitely an issue with the Kovalchuk cards in particular. Still waiting on a reply from Panini.

I agree! I've reported it so hopefully they're figuring out what to do!

Hey guys, we fixed the code issue with Ilya Kovalchuk cards so you should now be able to log into your accounts and activate this card!

every card has different codes even if they are the same player
